Mark Iwicki joined Sepracor in October 2007 and is Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Iwicki is responsible for leading all aspects of Sepracor's Commercial functions, including the Sales, Marketing, Managed Care, New Products Planning, and Commercial Analytics groups.

Prior to joining Sepracor, Mr. Iwicki held senior positions at Novartis Pharmaceuticals from 1998 through 2007, most recently as Vice President and Cardiovascular Business Franchise Head. Prior to that, Mr. Iwicki was head of the Arthritis, Bone, Gastrointestinal, HRT, Infectious Disease and Urology Business Franchise Head. Before joining Novartis, Mr. Iwicki held various sales and marketing positions at Merck and Astra Merck. Mr. Iwicki earned his B.S. from Ball State University and an MBA from Loyola College.
