What Sepracor products are on the market now, and how successful are they?
We currently commercialize four proprietary products, LUNESTA® brand eszopiclone, XOPENEX® brand levalbuterol HCl Inhalation Solution, XOPENEX HFA® brand levalbuterol tartrate Inhalation Aerosol, a hydrofluoroalkane (HFA) metered-dose inhaler (MDI) and BROVANA® brand arformoterol tartrate Inhalation Solution.
How extensive is Sepracor's pipeline?
Sepracor has several compounds in early stages of development. Sepracor's drug development pipeline includes drug candidates SEP-225289 for the treatment of major depressive disorder, SEP-227162 for the treatment of depression and SEP-225441 as a potential treatment for generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder, as well as several additional targets in preclinical trials.
